The Three Phases, Handled
Groundwork: under-slab drains and supply sleeves before concrete. Rough-in: all supply and DWV piping in the walls, test-pressurized and inspected before drywall. Finish: fixtures, appliances, water heater, and final inspection. We coordinate with your GC's schedule so plumbing is never the trade holding up the build.
ADUs and Additions
Pierce County's ADU wave is real, and ADU plumbing has its own puzzle: tying into existing supply and sewer, sizing for the added demand, and sometimes an ejector pump if the ADU sits below the main line's grade. We plumb ADUs and additions as complete projects — design input included, from your plans.
Why a Small Shop for a Build
The same plumber sees your project from trench to trim. No crew roulette, no rediscovering the plan at every phase, and the person who laid the groundwork is the one setting your fixtures. On a build, that continuity shows up in the details — and in how few callbacks there are.
For Builders & GCs
Straight talk on how we work with builders: full waste and water scope (DWV and supply, ground through trim), bids turned around fast from your plans, and phase scheduling you can actually put on the board — when we commit to a rough-in date, the trade after us starts on time. We're honest about capacity too: we're built for custom homes, ADUs, additions, and builders running a few starts at a time — not 40-lot production tracts. What you get in exchange for that size is the owner on your job at every phase, clean inspections, and a phone that gets answered. If that's the kind of plumbing partner your schedule needs, let's talk.
