Brands & Products We Install
The parts we put in your home matter as much as the workmanship. These are the brands we install and stand behind — and if you have a preference, bring it up: we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good pick for your situation.
Piping & Fittings
Uponor
Our go-to PEX system for repipes and new supply lines — expansion-style fittings, flexible routing through existing walls, and corrosion-proof by design.
Apollo
Shutoff valves and fittings — the small parts that decide whether you can actually turn your water off in an emergency ten years from now.
SharkBite
Push-fit fittings and PEX — a solid, code-approved option for repairs and transitions, backed by a long manufacturer warranty when installed right.
Tectite
Push-fit fittings from the Apollo family — same job as SharkBite, and we use whichever fits the repair and the budget.
Jones Stephens
The professional-supply brand behind a lot of the small parts that make a job right — supply lines, closet flanges, wax rings, and repair components, sourced through our plumbing supplier rather than off a retail shelf.
Water Heaters
Bradford White
Professional-channel tank water heaters — sold through plumbers, not big-box stores, and built to be serviced rather than swapped.
Rheem
Tank, hybrid heat pump, and tankless lines — wide parts availability and solid track record across their range.
Rinnai
Our most common tankless install — reliable, widely supported, and what you'll see in several of the real job photos on this site.
Fixtures & Faucets
Kohler
Toilets, faucets, and fixtures across the quality spectrum — a safe pick when you want it to look good and keep working.
American Standard
Workhorse toilets and fixtures — often the honest value pick for rentals and everyday bathrooms.
Toto
Premium toilets with a reputation for flushing performance and build quality — a favorite upgrade pick when the budget allows.
Delta
Faucets and shower valves with genuinely good parts support — a cartridge for a 20-year-old Delta valve is usually still a phone call away.
Glacier Bay
Budget-friendly fixtures — we'll install them when the budget calls for it, and we'll tell you honestly where spending a little more pays off.
Sloan
Flushometers and commercial-grade fixtures — where a heavier-duty unit is the right fit for the location.
How Warranties Work
Every install carries two separate layers of protection, and it's worth knowing which is which:
1. The manufacturer's warranty covers the product itself — the tank, the faucet, the fitting. It comes from the brand, not from us, and each brand has its own terms and claim process. Below are the official warranty pages for the brands we install most, so you can check coverage or start a claim directly. If a product we installed fails inside its manufacturer warranty, call us first anyway — we know these claim processes and will help you through it rather than leave you on hold alone.

Kohler
Claims go through Kohler Customer Care: 1-800-456-4537, or via the retailer/installer. We'll help you file if it's something we installed.
Glacier Bay
Home Depot's house brand — warranty claims run through Home Depot with your receipt. Keep your paperwork; we give you ours.
Uponor, Apollo, Tectite, Jones Stephens & Sloan
Covered by their manufacturer warranties — if something we installed from these brands fails, call us and we'll route the claim to the right channel for you.
Brand not listed? Installed by someone else?
Call us anyway — (253) 386-5365. Even if we didn't do the install, we can usually tell you in one conversation whether it's a warranty situation, whose warranty it is, and how to file. No charge for pointing you the right direction.
What neither warranty covers: damage from outside causes — freezing, rodent damage, physical abuse, or improper use — isn't a product defect or a workmanship failure, so it falls outside both layers. We'll still fix it, and we'll tell you honestly which bucket your issue actually falls in before any money changes hands, rather than letting you find out from a denied claim.
2. Our workmanship warranty covers the installation itself — our labor, our connections, our work. Terms vary by what was done:
Fixtures We Provide & Install
Toilets, faucets, water heaters, garbage disposals, angle stops, and standard fixtures we supply. The manufacturer's warranty on the product itself is separate and additional — see above.
Customer-Supplied Fixtures
Same fixture types, but you bought the part. We stand behind the installation; parts coverage is on the manufacturer, not us, since we didn't supply it.
Repairs
Water line repairs, cleanout installations, and partial repipes — covers workmanship only, on the specific section of piping we physically installed or altered.
Full System Installations
Full water repipe, full water service line replacement, or full sewer replacement — workmanship only; doesn't extend the manufacturer's material warranty.
Drain Clearing Warranty
How long a cleared drain is guaranteed depends on the method used and whether we confirmed the result with a camera:
Toilet Auger
Branch Line Cabling
Branch Line Cabling, with Camera
Hydro Jet, Branch Lines
Mainline Cabling, No Camera
Mainline, with Camera Verification
Cabling or hydrojetting — if a post-clear camera confirms the line is genuinely in good shape, that clearing is backed for a full year. This is the $83 drain clearing promo on /promotions/.
Any drain warranty is void if the camera finds a broken pipe, an offset greater than ¼ inch, a belly or standing water condition, severe scale or aggregate pipe buildup, root intrusion exceeding 50% of the pipe diameter, or a structural failure or improper grade. In those cases we tell you honestly instead of guaranteeing something we can't back.
What voids coverage, and what's never covered: Warranty applies only to defects directly caused by our workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion or water quality issues, water pressure exceeding 80 PSI, thermal expansion, freezing damage, abuse, neglect, or improper use, third-party modifications or repairs, or the cost of accessing or restoring finished surfaces (opening a wall, replacing tile, etc.) to reach the work.
How a warranty claim works: Call us and we'll diagnose the reported issue. If it's caused by our workmanship, repairs are done at no cost for parts and labor. If it turns out to be something else, we'll tell you honestly and it's billed at our current rates.
