Hydrojetting in Parkland

When a cable only punches a hole and the backup returns, a high-pressure jetter can clean the pipe wall itself. We use it where it fits the line.

Why Parkland Lines Come Back

Older Parkland lateral lines with established trees nearby tend to collect roots again and again. A cable cuts a channel through the mass and leaves the rest, so the stoppage returns. A jetter scours the wall with moving water and removes more of what is in the way.

On kitchen lines, years of grease build up as a coating on the inside of the pipe. The same method cleans that coating instead of tunneling through it.

Good candidates for jetting

  • →Recurring root backups on an older lateral
  • →Grease-coated kitchen or main branch
  • →Scale or buildup narrowing a line
  • →A line cabled more than once already
Know the Pipe

Camera First, Then Decide

Jetting is not right for every pipe. A cracked, offset, or collapsed section can be made worse by high-pressure water, and a camera is how we tell the difference. We look first when access allows.

If the camera shows a broken section, we explain it and quote a repair instead of jetting past the problem. If the line is sound, jetting is a reasonable way to restore flow.

Not every slow drain needs a jetter. A single fixture that clogs once is a cable job, and we will not sell you more than the line needs. Jetting makes sense when the pattern says the pipe wall itself is the problem.

The estimate is free, and the flat-rate price covers the work as described. If the camera finds something that changes the plan, we stop and talk before anything else is done.

After the Job

Prove It Is Clean

When access allows, we run the camera again afterward so you can see the pipe wall. Roots can regrow if the cause is still there, so we tell you honestly what to watch for.

Pierce County puts responsibility for the building sewer on the owner, so jetting is the owner's call. We give you a flat-rate price in writing, with no trip charge in Parkland.
