Plumber: Residential Service & Install

We are building a small, local plumbing team out of Bonney Lake. If you want to do honest work for homeowners who remember your name, read on.

What the job is

Residential plumbing service and installation across Pierce County and South King County: drain cleaning, water heaters (tank and tankless), leak repair, fixture work, repipes, sewer camera inspection, and sewer repair. Our service area runs from Kent to Orting and Enumclaw, down to Olympia, and over the bridge to Bremerton.

What we expect

  • A Washington plumbing certificate, or an active trainee card and a real plan to get licensed
  • Comfort talking with homeowners directly and explaining the problem in plain words
  • Honest pricing and scope. No upselling. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, you say so
  • Reliability: show up when scheduled, keep the customer informed when the day changes
  • Clean, documented jobs: photos, notes on what was done, and the warranty spelled out for the customer

What you get

  • A company vehicle for work. Fuel is paid by the company
  • A $200 work boot allowance each hire anniversary, starting after your first year
  • Structured new-hire training
  • The same customers over time. We try to send the same plumber back to the same homes, so you build real relationships instead of running one-off tickets
  • A small shop where the owner is a licensed plumber with 25+ years in the field and still answers the phone

How to apply

Apply online, or call or text (253) 386-5365 with your name, your license or trainee status, years of experience, and the kind of work you are strongest at. You can also send a message through our contact page. We will follow up.
